Tasty and fun to eat - you (easily) pop off the soft shell with your teeth and then enjoy the perfect texture of the tasty bean. You can get fancy versions in cute packaging with flavors, but I just drain them and then add a delicious vinegar and some salt and pepper and put them out with olives or just as a snack.
Update, they are apparently really good for you, as beans go:
-Lower in calories but higher in nutrients, including thiamine, riboflavin, vitamin C, calcium, potassium, phosph...
